Thread regarding CVS layoffs

layoffs have ruined mcd

databases and other servers have been unreliable for over 3 weeks and the offshore employees that replaced the domestic workers don't know what to do. they are all scrambling to cover up how bad this is. jane b. and executive leadership get on stage talking about pay for performance and how we can only get 32% of bonus while giant 130+ person departments full of offshore cause our infra to totally crash out during rfps and implementations. are u paying them for performance? what a crock. front line technical employees are all fielding individual questions from confused business workers wondering why nothing is working because none of the sweatshop directors have sent a mass email. the amount of damage to business and morale is staggering. but worse is that nothing will happen. they will continue to hire more unskilled people, leadership will continue to get run over by slimy contractors and their onshore cousins, and they will continue to fool executives as the company is totally drained for tata consultancy, infosys, and cognizant money. CVS management is a disgrace and is either crazy stupid or ur getting paid off by the consultants, periodt.

yeah, how about more layoffs of hartford IT, stupids?

I agree, this has been the norm since that evil company (Tata Consultancy Services) took over the Development, Testing, and the Production Support depts. Now, even more similar companies like Cognizant and Infosys have come in line to su-k CVS Health's blood. The double whammy happened to CVS when 3 of the 4 VPs were ex-TCS (Yogesh Bhagat, Vanteya Pandit, and Deepak Kumar), while the original VP (Steve Franko) was relegated to the side. The board should've seen a long time ago that the company, its IT infrastructure, as well as patient-facing systems (RxConnect, Digital apps like VCS, IMZ app, IMZ dashboard, Digital services like SMS, and Voicemailing, PnP, and POS) have gone down the drain. Even if God Almighty wants to rescue CVS Health, it cannot. Plus, a lot of the TCS offshore contractors who cannot even type a single line of English in their emails have been converted to CVS FTEs at Senior Manager, Lead Director, & Executive Director levels. There is no rescue for such a company that's full of corrupt, political-minded, uneducated, and unskilled people masquerading as IT, or Business professionals.

day 50 of outages. the offshore legions hired by executives are just now discussing sending an email. the long term solution is to provide even more of the same infrastructure, more cost, more offshore to support it. expect the same problems. executives aren't only stupid, i think they may actually be insane or compromised by gujarati politicians. when the solution is to go even deeper into the gutter of the offshore root cause, an insane asylum is the only cure

@145+1jmje7mst "Only onshore employees can work Medicaid with expection to a few states that allow American territory Puerto Rico. You sound like Maga racist."

disingenuous liberal 50 IQ shill. everyone knows that CVS employs a massive, massive H1B fraud scheme full of skilless offshore, and yes they do work under government contracts. they're the ones that botched medicaid infrastructure along with their onshore cousins. I assume you consider ex witch company permanent residents as "onshore"? sorry, no. they're part of the same problem whether or not they have an (offshore) tag. tick tock racist antiamerican! I think you'll be the one on unemployment soon

Medicaid is a dumpster fire...wouldn't be surprised if cvs exits the business completely at some point.

Another wave of down votes rolling in from offshore Indians working for Scottsdale signing on at 9 AM MST time. Good morning, sirs! Are you ready to do the needful?

They don’t have good pay, they don’t respect and they are not honest with us. Look at volume of the work, we are the one now should fix contractor’s messes! I decided to leave soon. There is no moral here.

@dp+1jmje7mst that's wishful thinking after seeing Elon publicly beg for more H1B.

The HR VP getting on stage and out right lies to the employees. States we want to build and promote from within yet makes no mention of the hundreds of layoffs / shipping jobs overseas (Accenture) . Trump will soon tax Corps for sending US jobs overseas.

If a company doesn’t understand your value, you should not care for them at all! CVS is not a good place to work. We are like a robot, we work a lot, but they pay us low and they don’t respect us.

TCS is literally bottom of the barrel. It’s a known thing in IT- Mandadi, anup kamat, ankush nagpal group charge money per month for each contractor to the middle men. Literally these guys are incompetent as he-l, only got where they are by su-king a-s, playing dirty politics and nepotism. CVS is gonna be run into the ground by the culture brought by TCS, Infosys, Cognizant

I was wondering why we were force upgraded ZScaler when it did apparently nothing new. Nice to see VPs and executives all across CVS are equally re--rded and susceptible to being scammed by Indians.

@a5+1jmje7mst Cisco started to have those outages around a year or so back. Part of the Indian cabal's plan to bleed CVS for VPN money by moving over to zscaler, founded by Jay Chaudhry and Kailash Kailash. What does zscaler do that cisco doesn't? Well, it performs a MITM attack against all 443 traffic. Juicy unencrypted info boofed right into an indian founded "VPN" company. Is anything more re--rded, and is anything more CVS? Why doesn't the CEO of this hellhole just give Modi his wallet?
