Start your own business?. What kind of answer is that?. You fit perfectly well at Qcom with that attitude, actually you could potentially be CA with his fat bonus and million dollar salary with family and friends working for you. Oh yeah, let me go start a Fab here in the city :D

these CEOs are so very important to our economy
they contribute so many tangible benefits
All companies are enforcing RTO. Hate it or Love it, we are in an employer market, and we will stay there for a long time ahead. Millions will be affected by AI and outsourcing, If you believe you are smart, just start your own business and be your own boss. Good luck for all of us!

Makes sense, a mobile products company who does want to their employees to be mobile.
