The initial commission plan anticipated that the KKR turnaround would impact our sales performance. Instead, the turnaround stalled, and Omnissa has seen a continued decline in revenue and profitability. Where is the 'high performance'?
Lifeboats given to few people from vmware. Now those lifeboats are going to hit by massive cruise ship. Omnissa is KKR's Ponzi scheme company. This company will be doomed soon......it is matter of time......now eject yourself from lifeboat using jet packs asap.....
If there were any high performers in our EUC sales team, they likely left to work at other software vendors a long time ago -- before the Broadcom acquisition of VMware.
Keep working but apply for jobs elsewhere. You’ll eventually be laid off and the package is garbage. You’re better off starting to shift gears now.
Really not sure what else do people at Omnissa need to see from this company to realize its time to abandon this sinking ship!
The top leaders had (as far back as VMware days) and have (even now as Omnissa) proven over and over again to be incompetent and not care about the employees or their customers. The product is outdated at best, the service keeps getting worse as management continues to squeeze their employees and install fear tactics. There are "leaders" in the management layer who openly make threats to "terminate" employees on group calls and in person.
Start looking for other opportunities before the next wave of layoffs in April.
More lies, more down hill trend, more money poured into ingenious plans that will achieve nothing other than make the stupid look clever to the stupid running the company into the dirt. Don't worry folks, tr----e ai will fix it all and shanker will get his delutsion of appearing on time magazine. But more importantly, the demoralisation will continue for the west while the third world get all the pay rises , promotions and jobs. I do remember when jobs required brains and intelligence. Wonder what happened to that.
