Is there anyone in executive leadership with any Ba--s to say, the "ship has sailed, we will get it on the next model"?
A high school kid know how this drives up cost, consumes endless engineering time / headcount and decreases quality.
If GSR gets 10% for profit sharing bonus, the management should get 10% - not 200%.
Ford has a macro strategy problem. I don’t see how this will address those shortcomings.
Should have started with LL3 and above first. Walk the talk. I know lots of LL5s that don't get paid very well.
Cutting cost needs to start from the top. I totally agreed. 👍
