I’ve been in Cargill HR over 20 years and this is hands down the worst HRLT ever. Unbelievably fake- people first? LMAO. Stephane Lundquist is the worst thing to happen to Cargill HR during my tenure. No surprise the rumor is Target exited her.
Absolute joke. The fakery is hard to swallow from these corporate puppets. They clearly surround themselves with yes men and women so none tells them the truth. No personality in Cargill’s brand as it lacks authentic leaders. Just big selfish egos thinking of themselves
