Only leadership and 12/PAs were getting that. Mark all of the AI hype up there with the segway and being able to splice fiber.
I kept my team's retention bonus for myself.
In case you did not get a retention bonus then you must be in my team.
There's been an exodus of talent in DC, in eng and tech marketing. Very severe.
I got about tree fiddy RSUs.
A colleague of mine was hired as G12 and received 200k RSU in 2023. He was LRed in 2024 February. The Cisco management did it on purpose. Don’t be too naive about what you are told by your manager.

G12. I was given $60K additional and as stated by my manager: "this is a gift we give to retain top talent". I was LR'd 6 months later. What a joke!
None of these matte as you'll be l/r'd before they vest and the company will retain all the shares as you depart the company unwillingly.
I'm sure some are not getting any but damn, mine was so small I don't want to state the number.
I love inside jobs, would love to be a part of one, someday.
