Starting for the 2025 calendar year there will no longer be target bonus dollar amounts. They will now be a percentage of your base salary, percentages still to be announced.
What do you think the percentages will be for regular GSR and HTHD GSR?

Years ago the bonus was a % of your salary. I'll see if I have any records.

No! In the FAQ it states that bonus targets are different for salary grades
It'll be 10% for GSRs.
Salary * 10% * 80% (standard performance factor) * % company performance factor (this year 69%).
Do the math on that
LL6s will be 15% of salary. And it goes up from there for each LL level.
