What are the benefits of heading back to the office? More RSUs or more bonuses ? I also heard that about quarterly badging and will get PIP when lower than certain days ? I have the choice not to. Actually, I wouldn't trade my WFH for more RSUs or bonuses. I get so many hours back from commute and my own free time at home.
