In all my years I haven't seen a more obnoxious, irritating, clueless person act as a "right hand person". She and the CTO were part of the largest outage in the history of Rogers Cable, which had major impact for Canada (even taking down their Customs).

She was brought over here (yet remains in Canada), with her husband who is part management in the Network Security team. He has failed multiple times, yet she has covered for his ineptitude.

She is a glorified PowerPoint specialist, who thinks she is Albert Einstein. Even the most calm, docile and passive people have started to lose their cool with her.

Just add her to the list of incompetents that have made this company poisonous.

When the CTIO brings in svp like RB who makes lewd and crass remarks about female genitalia in front of several ppl
and nothing happens, it’s time to go. But
my goodness someone report this sleaze-ball to HR. Oh it was already done a few times and guess what HR did???!! NOTHING!

Its well advertised the open nepotism occurring there. How can HR and the ceo continue to ignore these dysfunctional sc-ms. The CNO is another lying hypocrite who never shows up to the office and has absolutely zero vision and leadership skills. BSed his way to a top executive position and is cashing in those checks while HR turns a blind eye to all the illegal firings and aforementioned open nepotism. Way to go Dennis !! that’s how you listen to your voices of employees Bs surveys you do every other month without any change.

I'm not sure why we have people in Director level and higher positions who reside outside the United States, but here we are. Both of them are toxic and/or useless and need to go. If they can't make it to the Bethpage or LIC locations five days a week, then it’s time to pack their bags.

Under the CTIO, some teams have returned to the office five days a week, while most, including those under the CTIO, still have not. If these teams can't make it to the office, they should be replaced or a hybrid schedule should be implemented again.

Stop outsourcing management outside the United States.
Stop outsourcing to third-party vendors like Amdocs.
Stop outsourcing engineering teams to other countries just to save a buck.
