I wish every day I would get this option at this point. So many RIF at this point I just want it to end.
I'm surprised they told anyone about it. They've been doing this at Optum for years and never mentioned it to anyone.
Notice how it says US employees. People push back! These jobs are going offshore! Call your local representative, make sure people know that if they continue offshoring, their data will be handled by someone in another country! Imagine getting a denial cause someone offshore, not even a US Citizen, denied it. Disgusting.
