Interesting - we got paid for AIP last year around 2/24 and this year we have heard NOTHING. At our meeting today they announced they would NOT address ANYTHING until the 4th quarter numbers meeting on 2/27, a meeting none of us have been invited to. I'm smelling something VERY fishy. Anyone know anything?

According to contracts.justia.com, AIP payments will be made by March 15th. I've also heard that payout is expected to be 110%

Looks like the Q4 results delay was likely for the sell off of purification announcement
Not fishy. They pushed them out early last year before the spinoff.
Late March / Early April is normal for AIP payments for most businesses
Internal AIP process documents show that pay out will be before the end of March
I’m curious why it’s taking longer than normal to report Q4 and FY numbers. In the past, those have come out sooner. Normally they would have been released around the middle of the month. Two week delay this time.
