Its bad enough that Citi glorifies the “grind culture” without the reward but hey, glad to have a job. Little to no increase in either bonus or pay but at least I get to pay my bills.
But this?!?! 33% hike in pay while the rest of us suffer?!?! Ok, so, now that sets the tone going forward in regards to loyalty or putting in long hours.
Jealous you say, well yeah, most of us are since we got nada in comparison.
I know what the “have’s” can do but what can the “have not’s” do about it?
Good question. Take quite quitting to the next level is my guess.
