Trump Views Boeing As "Lost Cause", Empowers Elon With "Drastic Options" To Ensure Faster Air Force 1 Delivery: Report

Apparently one can buy the Presidency.
Zuck did it for about 400 million. Elon did it with 280 million.
The monopoly money probably came from fraud street.

I wonder if the fighter award wasn’t given to help them stave off bankruptcy. Even with that win, I suspect they’ve underbid that project so much to win it that it will barely show a profit.

If he abolishes income tax, I hope that only applies to the supporters and not the haters like you!

Boeing is a lost cause. Has been since the plane crashes. Anybody working here for 10 yrs or more can see that. I can’t see it ever going back to the glory days of old. Knowledge and work ethic left the building awhile ago.

It should not take 10 years to build 2 planes for our president. BA malfeasance and decline.

Cost-plus contracts should be abolished in America. Leads to waste fraud abuse. Cost-plus contracts only benefit the vendor. These contracts hurt the customer and the tax paying public.

The only issue for Air Force one contract was allowing Trump to renegotiate, and CEO Dennis Muilenburg accepting it for a fixed price. Anyone can understand that retro fitting anything will have unseen / unplanned / unknown item come up that will have to be researched, analyzed, and re-engineered. Clearly running up costs.
