@109+1jmfk56h4 - adding to your comment, "And good luck, Cengage!" Even if the offshore CPM was good at their job (and some seem to be very capable), handling all components for a title was always too hard to do if you were trying to do it all well, with quality in-tact. Management doesn't care. MH doesn't care and I no longer care, either.
From leadership - "For CY27s, we have allocated the same CPMs across all components of a title for approximately 95% of the list."
