There is hardly any diversity in the field especially in sales. Sad, but true.

only hire best suit for the position. don't need to hire someone of color for a quota anymore. if they are stupid they can find a job more suited at MCD's
What are you talking about? There is a plethora of middle-aged white men.
Big, little or short or tall, wish I could've kept them all
I loved 'em every one
These are not your average DEI hires. I really think it’s more about hiring the right person for the job.
When I get on a flight I always pray that the flight crew are diverse.
There is hardly anyone in the field at Dell. Do any field sellers actually leave their homes? If so, then it’d the exception, not the norm.
“hire the most competent, qualified individual for the role”
Yeah we see now that is working out for all of us LOL
hire the most competent, qualified individual for the role.
Doesn't need to be. The best suited get the roles and the rest can find a better fit for their skillsets.
DEI is racism rebranded.
DEI seemed to be a lot of virtue signalling. A lot of companies Slapped it on the company website. But they continued to Hire the most incompetent family members and friends. Wait for the hype to die down and keep hiring the same people. The most qualified merit based candidates were rarely ever hired. Make hiring based on objective merit based unbiased criteria (testing, data-based, no race or s-x factored in) for initial screening. With that diversity would naturally flourish. In the mean time the most unqualified will continue to be in these positions.
