- JF gets a huge raise and others get barely cost of living.
- Managers/Directors/MDs are incompetent and say they want to hear what's going on and proposals for improvement then are non-responsive and nasty.
- People are just down right RUDE a$$holes who can be wrong, combative, and toxic, yet this place promotes them and continues to enable toxic behaviors.
- People will most likely be laid off due to JF & SMT bloated raises/bonuses (AGAIN)
I know it's corporate and I've worked in corporate for many years. However, this place of work is a mess. We should have a better culture than this cr-p show and better processes for a GLOBAL company. Sad!
