When you see her on townhall meetings, or in the lobby or elevator, everyone is smiling and happy to be in her "glory presence ". Such phoniness!

Like someone who needs their job is going to approach Jane in the elevator and tell her that they don’t agree with her way of running things. The OP is st00pid.
Everyone isn't a phony. Some don't attend things or ask difficult questions that get flagged/not pushed through @Town Halls. Yes. There are some kiss ups and those drinking the Kool-Aid, but it is unfair to say everyone is a phony or two-faced.
