Not surprising the company is cheap and gave out .05-2.5% raises for 2024. Wonder where all this money is going from the quarterly lay offs

Grade 25. My supervisor rated me a 5 with a $700 bonus and 5.18% raise. This is my first year as FTE. To say I was shocked is an understatement.
Grade 24 here, met or exceeded expectations and received 1%. Five years with the company. Supervisor said to keep up the great work! Unbelievable

There are some a*s kissers who got 150% bonus and 4.5% raise. I have been getting 0 from last 3 years. Then get told I am doing such a great job that I can even take more work and try to get 4 next year.
I am a 27. I got no increase and a $1100 bonus. I'm shocked.

Yep, I’m a grade 22 and only got a 1% raise. Around .30 cent increase at a rating of 4 out of 5. Absolutely insane

1% raise minimal bonus grade 27 i think. just under 130k now. its been stagnant for about 3 years now. My initial salary was competitive. I received a 30 something % raise a year or two into it. bumping me up to 120k , No more RSU. Its time to jump ship...
i make 170k on grade 29. i'm not even sure if that's decent anymore with amount of work i put in day in day out. i think i need to sit back a lil bit this year and target 3. I had 4 this year with 1.25% raise. i mean what's the difference between 3 and 4 . Please make me make sense.
Worst company to work for , I know people that got 130% funding on RRP and some that were at 30% , with a whopping 1% raise, this gawdamm company is horrible, but sure checkout the payments on there executives,, that’s where the money is stuck at …..
It is all going to shareholders and executives. Absolutely ridiculous as they all have more than enough to live.
My production is going to match my pay.
