We got this! Trust in fate and faith. I hated going in everyday the last year knowing layoffs would happen after they sold so many assets

One thing is for sure, whoever decided or plotted to do it to you, will encounter the same fate soon or later, remember the Pursells, the Ricottas, etc etc

Everyone here talked about how the karma police will make things right. It's a tool perpetuated by those in power to make you docile and accept the injustice and lack of dignity as they slap you in the face and take from you until you have no more value to give.

MM, SR and the rest of the goons will have the last laugh. The only tears shed will be when MM gets drunk again and drops another bottle of wine from his collection.

I know banks don’t cash good thoughts, but hold your head high knowing you’re much better than the sc-mbags running the company who are directly responsible for this mess.

They don’t have the decency to take responsibility and resign.

Take the rest of the week off, and start fresh next week submitting apps.

Facet was (and probably still is) worthless.

One of their people looked over my resume and did nothing to it but make a few meaningless changes that contained a lot of typos!

Yes, I hope plotters, back stabbers and the “do whatever it takes to move up” have now more work, sh---y personal lives, and work in constant fear of other snakes doing the same to them.

Yes all the people who plotted behind our backs to get our roles eliminated will definitely pay for it. Karma is a bi--h!

You are right, it feels like a divorce. It will take time to heal.

Don't forget that you have access to Lyra. Apache offers 12 free sessions to anyone covered on Apache's insurance, and you will continue to have access to that benefit if you elect to participate in COBRA. If you were let go during this time you will remain covered on the benefits through February 28. After that, in order to participate in the 2 additional months of COBRA premiums covered by Apache (per your severance agreement), you MUST enroll in COBRA. You will receive an enrollment packet in the mail at our home address that Apache has on file in the next 5 -10 business days.

Additionally, Facet is available to assist with resume reviewing and interview prep if/when you want to start looking for your next role. The contact information for Facet is included on the benefits contact sheet.

No loyalty at Apache for sure. There are companies out there that do care about employees. Karma is a b…h though and will come back on the 3 bozos running this company now.
