They are going through a round of layoffs . Wonder if non- evangelicals are getting a bulk of the cut.
Over the next couple of weeks they will start effectively what is a "comply or resign" strategy. Accept demotion or resign/ get fired.
I know a few who are ready with their resignation letters.

This company is losing customers every day.
They first delayed merit adjustments to save money and "encourage" attrition, then they are openly praising evangelism to further encourage liberal employees, specially LGBTQ+, to start looking elsewhere. This is geared towards increasing their stock price and make it sweeter for VP above bros.
This an absolutely sc-mbag company with liars and cheaters as leaders.

They were all into "DEI" when it suited them, without actually meaning it.
Now they can truly be racist without having to claim otherwise. That's like most companies.
