Has anyone else heard this rumor? Managers of people to be impacted have been invited.

Well you will know on wed the 26th looking at paycheck online if the bonus arrives as normal. If you are still on payroll 2/28 you should be able to collect since the paperwork was already done for annual review 2/14. Only terms are you gotta be still on payroll as of 2/28
Can confirm. RIF'd Wednesday 9:15 am termed March 6th. Grade 28, with the company 3 years. Tech side of the biz. 5 weeks severance and one week PTO paid. Chances are I'm getting fu---d on my bonus.
If I only I were an H1-B visa and had a couple of dozen cousins as managers, maybe I could've stayed.

I can’t say who’s impacted because they’re very vague about everything, but we were informed there’s a rollout of ppl being let go across the enterprise today
Unlikely at this point. Bonuses and merit increases have already been announced to employees for 2/28. We can all push our anxiety out to March I guess

For example, Optum Tech is a Business Segment. A Business is under a Business Segment. A Division is under a Business.
Your Business Segment, Business & Division are listed in secure. Go to secure, My access, Profile, Employee detail. Look under Organization information for: Business Segment, Business, Division.
Sometimes those 15 minute RIF meeting invites are sent the night before.
