Agree..they will squeeze the last out of any remaining Arris bu. To be honest will be glad as the existing environment is toxic unless your one of the elite. Can't fathom how disorganized they are as a whole.a communications company that can't communicate.. irony??

the future is to sell off everything that isn't nailed down in order to pay off debt and bail Carlyle out of their worst-ever investment (i.e. the combined CommScope / Arris debacle). For any given business segment that can't be sold in the near term for a decent price, the prognosis is painful cost cut after painful cost cut -- especially if revenue isn't moving in the right direction. CCS will be the last to be sold because its prospects are good given the flood of government money going into cable broadband -- at least until Elon finds a way to eliminate this government-subsidized competitor to his StarLink.
