The whole return to office is an absolute joke.dealing with teams in different time zones but hey commute to office full time to sit at a desk and have a teams call or send an email.
What the he-l was wrong with 3 days in and 2 remote. So much for hr selling it during COVID as way to work remotely and care for elderly parents.ming said this on a call about wfh.just shows you the row back on any promises.

Mandate "return to office" for a business that has teams collaborating across 3 continents and multiple countries spanning 13 time zones. This will drive the "no cost layoff," attrition of top people that can land a job elsewhere. Fire employees who have childcare issues, elder care issues, or terrible commutes. Sell the "lean" division before the buyers realize that the products are unsustainable with too few, burned out employees.
