For outside legal looking for ammo against Apache for employee injury lawsuits, just look at the CV and qualifications for the safety team in HQ, that have come to power starting in 2020. Zero qualifications almost all DI hires.

New Ventures in Exploration got hit hard yesterday, the team decimated, mostly geos. I wonder how Alaska well is going…

They had EHS and SC personnel walking personnel out. That was a good idea JJ and JH. You two should be ashamed at such a ridiculous plan. It would be epic for an incident to occur and the liability you two would have to live with.

Typical severance. No breakdown could be given though. 2 weeks per year plus extra

I got a message from my Sorrcror to report to the 2nd floor and was severed in 5 minutes. Escorted out. But hey. I got paid well to leave a workplace I already resented even after over a decade. Oh well. Thanks Apache good luck to you all

This is a sinking ship, and I don't see a future here! Even though I survived today, I will start actively looking for opportunities elsewhere.

This is probably the best way to go. Getting paid to leave versus staying at a doomed company while hating and resenting the “leaders” and eventually turning in your notice with no severance pay. The fact that it rained as bad as it did today after not having this much rain in a while is a great sign of new beginnings if you ask me.

What a sh*t storm they’ve created! JC, SR and MM should’ve been the first to be escorted out by police today. The way things were handled was absolutely horrible… just line everyone up in the reception area for all to see… like a dang firing squad. Nothing was done with “dignity and respect “. What a disgrace this company has become.

OMG sounds awful… what they have done to Apa people for years now is despicable, and they managed to treat people worse

Walked out with a police escort like a criminal.

This makes me really worried for the future state of Apache. I’m not sure how they can come back from this…

Women & children first. The captain goes down with the ship. Maritime law applies.

JK, the captain gets salvage rights.

Anyone figured out their strategy or order in which they are announcing layoffs? Considering there’s multiple days to this and people from all departments and levels were let go today.
