I didn't have a scanner so I took pictures with my phone of each page and carefully ensured each page was cropped and easy to read - ok, it wasn't accepted. Next time, I faxed it, and I just received an email saying it wasn't legible. Guess what, I have the fax confirmation, and it is legible on my end. Your right fax has an issue! Right after I faxed it, I went to Staples and scanned it to myself. I emailed it, make sure you have your employee ID in the subject line I was told, then I decided to email it again, but this time I put a read receipt on it. I called today, and they told me it will take 10 days before they will even know if it was received. I just sent an email saying I guess I will have to get legal counsel except I want double my severance because they can't get their act together even though I have done everything as I was told. So, now do they want me to mail it so there can be more delays so I can lose everything I own! The job market is tough right now folks! I have over 30 resumes out there.

I was RIFed in2023. I sent my paperwork in through the mail. After 3 weeks without word, I called and checked if they received it. They said no. The HR dept told me to take a phone photo of the documents...and I did. They received it, authorized it and severance was DD'ed into my account in a week.....long story short...follow up and make sure you get all you got coming to you.
I sent mine priority mail with a signature receipt last week
February layoff. We also just learned about the ability to scan from our phone. Mine want so it, but my husbands will.
Is your situation from the layoffs this week or from the previous one on 1/23?
You can scan with an iPhone in notes. Google it and follow the instructions. Hopefully this helps you out.
