Which bonus is this?
Yes… it is going away. They are going to give you a bigger merit which will equate to maybe 3% max. It’s another ploy to save money. I feel sorry for everyone that isn’t understanding what’s happening
What about locations that don’t get RRP? Will they bump our merit increases up? Doubt it.
If the money is shifted from RRP to regular pay it is a good thing since compounding year over year end up with more money over time if merit ever happens. The devil is in the details though
Yes but are they adding the RRP to the % merit increase or taking away the merit increase to replace with RRP being added to base pay? If that’s the case, we are losing out on money.
Also, to the person who said h&ct are getting laid off 3/31…the bonus are being paid out on 2/28 so I don’t see why you shouldn’t get it. The requirement to get is that you are employed at the time of pay out.
Those of you saying it’s not going away and being added to merit(I know that’s what they are telling us) ….do you remember what they said when Bravo went away?! lol RRP has gone done more and more since, even though we were supposed to see increase due to eliminating Bravo!
They’ll say “oh it’s been added, but due to xyz the budget just is smaller this year.”
RRPs are going away in 2025. The email said "They listened to us" (Surveys) & will be taking the $ we would have gotten in an RRP & will be applying it toward Merits.
Only time will tell if this is another Sheep in Wolf's clothing act.

RRP isnt going away for GL 21-26. The average RRP payout for each person is being added to base pay instead (larger paychecks). This was the result of employee feedback on annual surveys.
