Oh, it is returning (regressing) back to the 90s alright! It is doing so in every facet: business model, business practices, innovative technology (lack there of), etc. Before you celebrate too much, ask yourself this, why would anyone buy Dell when their products are being produced by a model and mindset from 30 years ago? Not exactly a confidence booster for leading edge technology. Even retail stores are directing people to avoid purchasing Dell computers because "they can't compete". Sell your stock while it is high because Dell is just a sacred cow waiting to go out to pasture.

Does Dell have enough money to buy Nvidia? I think Dell is so innovative Nvidia could benefit from being purchased by Dell. most of the employees at Dell are now AI experts

Dell is up 7.8% in the last month. Not bad. SMCI is up 71.96% in the same timeframe.

"the money isn't worth it, and you get tired of the rat race."

working for dell is the rat race without the money.
Sorry, dude, I don't think you are racking up any wins here.

@a6+1jmd85qag - not trying to be inspirational.

I knew exactly what I was getting in to when I came back. I left for well over a decade and worked for a FAANG during that time. At some point, the money isn't worth it, and you get tired of the rat race.

"Got WFR'd myself during the Kevin Rollins years and came back a few years ago. "

So you were wfr from a sh--e company and you doubled down on sh--e again?

Why do people feel the need to come in here and troll? It's so id--tic and this is one of the only boards I see with this problem.

If you were WFR'd, move on. It happens to all of us generally at some point. I started at Dell before the first WFR. Got WFR'd myself during the Kevin Rollins years and came back a few years ago. Things haven't changed. The company is run in exactly the same was as it was in 1999 and isn't going to change unless Michael ever sells.
