Cameron, it’s a yes or no answer if there will be layoffs this year. I’m sure McKinsey has already told him there will be. He always avoids answering it transparently.

The questions were definitely staged. They turned off the ability to ask questions anonymously, (after the ripping they got a few All Hands back) and now everyone is to afraid to ask any questions at all.
Seems to always be the same response this question comes up. No transparency what so ever.
These questions seems to be staged..how come no one asked about promotions, raise/bonuses or day care closure to him?
He seems very polite to be a CEO and never gives it straight yes/no.
Just expect it. There have been layoffs almost every year I’ve been here the last 10 years.
He really struggles to answer questions directly, so much beating around the bush. It sounded an awful lot like a yes to me though
