SMP Markets-How is it going in the field?

To all of the prior and current SMP markets, how are things going in the field? Are you able to complete these installs which are taking much longer since we have limited information regarding the homes including demographics aka the number of HH members and the media platform that will be used, GTAM or NANO? Also, are you able to complete all of your other open work including faults, flags, sched calls and other open work?

not only that the samples are being manipulated by data science sampling dept. Giving field rep specific samples, knowing that you will not be able to sign them, which in turn you’re gonna get a very little bonus. they are cutting back on costs and that’s what they’ve been doing for the past years, Compare from two years ago has Field rep signs have dropped 75%.. samples are being manipulated and the households being recruited by the call-center are targeted. They know exactly who lives in the home and they’re getting personalized letters and calls. I’ve talked to two data science sampling engineers that were laid off. a large portion of homes being signed by call center are not accurate in regards to the number of HH members the have agreed to participate.

lol the downvotes are from the remote recruit folks, because I don't know why anyone would downvote.

It su-ks, lots of installs, barely any info from the remote recruit team, and many hhs have bare minimum info. we're basically a MR now. Also, since they only schedule 1 field rep on it now, it su-ks when they're told 3 sites, and you show up and it's 5+ but all other field reps are on appointments, so you have to tell the HH it'll take quite a few hours to complete, and god forbid it ends up being GTAM. There goes your day.

And if the hh postpones or reschedules at the door, it counts against us. Back out? Counts against us. They're pi---d at the size of GTAM? counts against us. Pi---d at how long it'll take? Counts against us. Pi---d that we have to connect to ALL Tvs in use? Counts against us. Anything and everything is working against us. These are things that could be mitigated if MRs coudl go into the home and build a good relationship and first impression with the HH. If you get a remote recruit home where they put down 3 TVs, expect there to be more. Make sure you have enough equipment to account for many unexpected sites.

It's bullsh- that leadership thinks recruiting homes over the phone with the bare minimum info is a good tactic. It's a terrible sales tactic that only builds mistrust when we show up and we tell them actually how long it'll take, and that we still have to meter their other TVs even the ones that are "barely used".

We don't give out incentives for installs anymore, and now we're giving out bare minimum info. And with all these issues with incentive checks going out, and there's a new HH incentive plan being announced in a week or so...I think that they're cutting all of our costs by a huge amount to squeeze out every dollar. They're making us operative as if we're about to be bankrupt, when in reality, our overlords are still making millions every year.

This company fu--ing su-ks.
