Thread regarding CVS layoffs

TCS body shop got no shame in CVS

Current and ex TCS people in cvs are some of the ugliest group of humans I’ve come across. The culture and work they do is 🤮 looks like they are similar in other places too

@nh+1jmcdh1kv this is false. the reporting area in mcd is lead by an ex cognizant, the company that got sued for discriminating against americans and lost, with completely expected results. we have quite a few very large indian teams doing nothing in what seems to be a larged organized scheme. almost all new employee allocation has started to go to indians at both the health plans and IT, and most layoffs or political pressure falls on domestic employees.

@aw+1jmcdh1kv - nope. It’s TCS only.
Other body shops don’t have ex contractors in management positions abusing power and looking so ugly while doing it

TCS seems to have the worst quality of people. I don’t think they have a hiring process, they must hire any living breathing body

To @bj+1jmcdh1kv who replied to go to reddit - this is all about layoffs. Most people, especially in IT, were replaced by individuals from Indi@. You have to be Indi@n or ignorant to not know this.

When did this become a complaint board. Can’t you go to Reddit or somewhere else? This is supposed to be for layoffs.

That is so true. I was forced to be an employee for an offshore "firm" due to an acquisition. I was above manager level and the "firm" would take multiple individuals from outside my team and have some of my staff "dot line" into the those individuals as if they were true managers. The were doing this only to get those individuals to the US quickly. Those individuals didn't a manage a second of my staff's time, etc.

Yeah, I agree. I’ve worked at 3 Fortune 500s and all of the engineering partners I’ve had from TCS have been not particularly smart, and often super rude when asked basic questions about their work.

Ultimately our executives won’t care until that have to work with them directly. It’ll take years to fix the bad decisions being made today, and I suspect CVS doesn’t have that much time left.
