Post ID: @bs+1jmc7jzca I'm not that Bozo, but many departments are requiring RTO for everyone at least on a hybrid schedule.

If you're in a location (boondocks) that closed or a hub location (think large cities: NYC, Chicago, Boston, London, Belfast, Warsaw, etc.) then you either don't report to a location or RTO hybrid is the maximum the office can accommodate, not 5 days per week.

Some depts tried out 4 days per week in 2022-2023 and the offices got too crowded with many people not being able to find an empty desk.

So not sure where you're getting your info from. Maybe you don't need to go to a physical location because they closed your nearest Citi office building/floor and the next closest location is still too far.

Last poster is a complete Bozo who clearly doesn’t work at Citi (fired for cause? ). Citi doesn’t have space for RTO as everyone who works here knows

Let's see how any months it will take Citi to renege on this hybrid schedule.

They've Lied and reneged on other Sh!t before. I take it with a grain of salt. And do Not trust.

Post ID: @a4+1jmc7jzca From what I've witnessed, having worked in GS, JP and $hitibank, Only the ones who make at least US$300k if not millions of dollars are motivated to work practically 24 / 7.

This is human nature. I too would be motivated to work that long and hard if I had CEO Jamie's salary, plus bonus and stock options.
It's delusional, oblivious and unrealistic for these "managers" to believe or assume that ALL of the working stiffs will work as many hours and days as they do for our LOWER THAN Theirs, dogfood and peanuts salaries and bonuses.

Working at JPM can be fairly Orwellian. Dimon is very good at what he does, and he runs the company well. That does not make him a good person to work for - even if you're 8 layers down the org.

Look for a burst of hiring at Citi of ex JPM employees

Jane was smart to highlight that Citi will always be hybrid. Thanks Jane!

It was such an outsized response to a fairly innocuous question that was asked. I think Jamie is certainly in his right to nix wfh. But don’t be a complete je-k about it.

It seems that Jamie Dimon’s prolonged audio ranting over the JPM RTO has started a unionization snowball. He works 7 days a week in the office every day putting in up to 16 hours per day. He longs for the old days.

I guess we should also bring back home milk deliveries, rotary phones, smoking in the office, and the women folk should always wear skirts.
