United Healthcare supposedly prides itself on how it treats employees. Because of mismanagement and cyber attacks, those employees UHC "cares" about are discarded. Witty and the rest of the crooked senior management team are hypocrites. American, on-shore based employees cost too much. Those laid off will most likely be replaced by global (Ireland, India, etc.) workers. Corporate America su-ks. Andrew Witty lies.

I've honestly never felt like they take care of their employees. My story is unique, so I have to be vague, but trainers don't know the job they're training, management is narcissistic, and the health insurance with the affordable premium leaves most of the bill in my lap. What's happening right now is actually a company wide example of how things go in my division. They break things that work fine, they wake up with d-mb ideas, don't listen and omg the gaslighting.
Unless there is a 1000% tax on outsourcing service jobs like Tech and IT, it is just a P&L numbers. Contact your government rep to pass a law or executive order that company pay 1000% terrif on payment outside the United States. If it is truely a multi national company then they should have sufficient revenue to hire international resources without money moving our of the United States.
Y’all stop being so damn quiet and passive!! Take to Social Media and tell it all‼️ Every damn company out there is giving work hubs to India, Philippines, South Africa, Ireland and the Caribbean, while Americans suffer! If we remain quiet, they can continue! This decision was made in October, we were told yesterday.
Yup, Dipsh-t Witty and his cronies need to give themselves millions in bonuses while getting rid of American jobs because they’re greedy cu-ts. If they truly cared about their employees and their members they wouldn’t be sending their jobs and data offshore to people living in huts with 10 other people who have full access to all their information.
