I’m exhausted. It's not even day two of the week and I'm already drained. I don’t know how anyone keeps it together at this place.

Find a company and boss that will treat you better. Not hard.
Honestly man, think about all the real issues you will face in life, parents dying, sick children, money woes, putting your dog down, yourself getting sick. Save your stress for that, fu-k this rotten dump. I sometimes have to tell myself “this place means nothing to me it’s just a pay check I don’t even care if I do my job well anymore because they kept making it harder for me to be productive”. Simple as that, they don’t give a fu-k about you, if they could care less they would. So my advice is to never ever be a drone to them. Find work around, cut corners and mirror the energy they give you. They want you 5 days 9 hours? Then give them minimal production. This is a massive bureaucracy, they really won’t be able to tell and it’s not like your effort given is correlated with a pay increase anyways.
I used to work at Fiserv. I totally get what you are feeling.
There are some really great people you work with (or even for) but the higher up you go, you find bad policies pushed down on you.
I hope everyone who wants to get to a better place finds it. But know that it's not going to fall in your lap (or at least it didn't for me). It's draining to find a new job but SO worth it.
