Why did everyone believe that RTO would be permanent? Dell has always had it’s red flags over the years. It’s no different than being with a partner that displays the sane behavior and you know you should cut ties but you don’t. And now you have to deal with the turmoil that you knew, in the back of your head was coming eventually.
Don’t be content with being at an unfulfilling job. There are much better options out there. Hipper, more exciting companies that will value people who are good humans and genuinely want to contribute to the cause.
Dump the dead toxic weight in this new year. Clean yourself up and show other companies in the area what a high value employee is..because if Dell can’t recognize that- it’s not a “you” problem, it’s a “them” problem.
