If my experience at other companies has any bearing, the cuts will continue until teams are consistently not meeting their deadlines/commitments. After that breaking point is hit they'll hire just enough people to let teams function properly, but only if everyone on the team consistently bends over backwards and puts in significant amounts of unpaid hours.
Probably every few months like it has been. You just made it through another round of the employment squid games. Enjoy the break while you can and may the odds be ever in your favor or something.
