So…question for anyone out there who might know: If you’ve had your review and slated for the increment and bonus/reward, does this mean that you will not be laid off? My thought is they wouldn’t review you if you were history…can anyone confirm or deny?

No one is ever safe at this POS company. Rated 5 last year, decent bonus, still RIFd. They want bulk of employees offshored, that's what's about to happen at UHC.
Look at the UHC layoff site.
I wouldn't bank on it. I made it through common review last year, scored 5's across the board, and received both merit and a decent RRP. I (along w/ my entire division) got RIF'd a few weeks later.

Not safe- whole departments laid off and still we get our bonus.
No. Layoffs are separate from MAP/MyGPS review cycle.

If you aren’t part of the government section of UHG you aren’t included in this round of lay offs as I am assuming there are more coming
