Can't you see what he has done to Chevron. Once a powerful company that was respected by many and at one time considered one of the best places to work in the world. Now, it is one of those companies that its own employees hate. All the employees basically hate Mike. DEI is out of control over there. It is best we stay separate and control our destiny. If we don't we will all loose our jobs to overseas and if we are white male, what jobs remain in the US will not be available for us.

Another Chevron here. I honestly love working for Chevron and look forward to seeing some fresh faces around the office after the merger.
Chevron here. I feel for y’all. You’re coming in to a real massacre. Hunger games will quickly be a reality.
I worked at Hess a few years ago. The workforce from I remember was older. The older personnel (10+ years at Hess) couldn’t cut it anywhere else so it is a no brainer for them to ride it out and hope Chevron is a su---r to bring them over.
There was always too many layers of management at Hess and you could easily get rid of all Director level positions. Those people were overpaid
staff with no value add.
You mo--n. This deal is the only chance at keeping us employed. Chances are we still get laid off but much better odds than Hess remaining as is.
The only profitable asset was Guyana. Everything else lost money!
