Employees won’t take it unless they have savings to never work again. Anyone who works at CVS is not employable outside of it. For Indian ex/body shop folks it might be a good deal - since they can scam their way into another gig
Be careful what you wish for. And You won’t get anything that won’t benefit the big guys. Uhc is following what Elon did at Twitter and currently with Fed employees.

Not for nothing, there's people who have been with CVS or Aetna for so long, their severance would last 3 or 4 years. Did you volunteer? I'm betting no. Did you cost other people promotions based on your availability to be bought out and not moving around? Bet so.
