Am I the only one who thinks that if the leadership doesn't get it together soon, we might be done for? We've had a bad call after a bad call for a while now. One more could be the one that takes us down for good. I actually like my job, I like the people I work with, so I really hope something gets done before it's too late.

If something like DOGE were to come in and audit - They would reveal
1- The most useless so caller ‘Leaders’. Look at BG from Delivery.
2- The most productive workers are scared of corrupt so called leaders like BG if you do not su-k up to him.
3- These so called leaders are spineless. They will throw you under the bus before ever standing up for you.
Be real, most of them aren't even managers. They don't manage anything. They are just bodies in the org chart.
The Mgrs at the Top, are trying to get what they can as long as they can. Will try to make a good showing, but not sure they have the capability or vision to make a real difference. Probably will take a wholesale change and only a few ways that can happen, then having to deal with that turmoil. But for the most part a Good Group of teammates to be around but we are getting burned out with the "The next Great thing / idea"..
Why does everyone call them "leadership?" I don't get it. If they're running the company and/or culture into the ground, then they're not leaders, just bad managers.
Like in the movie, The Hangover, you're not a doctor, you're just a dentist.
Stop fluffing management up by calling them "leaders."
