Why are some saying that the inventory this time could be a bigger nightmare than ever?

My post from last night was taken down because I told employees to READ THE FINE PRINT. You will ONLY be paid the extra $5 an hour for the hours that are technically AFTER MIDNIGHT. The fact that my post was taken down before you could see it speaks volumes.
- Toys is gonna be a nightmare, we have so much back stock it's ridiculous
- we have a bunch of lazy kids who don't want to do anything but stand around and watch their phones all day
- fitting room is out of control
- stockrooms are a mess
- They got rid of merchandisers who are the ones that worked the hardest in stores
- at least 5 call outs a day with staff
*it just keeps getting worse every year! *
