Still not bad in the relative scheme of things versus many of the other plans out there. Also what companies offer a pension these days. Not saying it's great but it could be worse.
The worst thing they have done to the success of their employees is get rid of the Stock Savings Plan. The little Success Share awards are nothing in comparison. But don't worry, all the big fish still get the massive stock options at all of our expense.
Yeah, they think they can throw a few crumbs out and it make up for the terrible things they’re doing to good people!
