Has any one actually received a bonus? I’m finding the merit is low and no bonuses.

Weren’t there layoffs last week in tech?
Wow guys, downvotes for any hint of positivity? I'm just as down on what's going on as everyone else. But I just said in another thread that we're not likely to get any more layoffs in February and l was instantly voted down..
1% raise 12,000 bonus
I received 1.6 percent merit increase and a 9,000 bonus. Focus on attitude with gratitude and you will do well in this company.
gl26 in tech rated 3 no rrp no merit
What was the RRP funding percentage? I thought this was a stable number across different departments. I was told it was 75%. Then based on performance that can be increased. Was everyone RRP funding percentage 75%?
Yep but it’s pathetically low and the merit is basically them telling us all to eff ourselves
R-3, M-1%, RRP- 70% (out of 75% hair trim across the board due to company not meeting goals).
I did, but the merit increase was lower than I expected since I got a 4 out of 5.
Rated a "3"
1% raise
70% of RRP
peanuts compared to hours worked..
5 and 140% RRP.
Rated 4. 1% raise and 100% (of the funded amount) RRP. Pathetic. So much for their "Pay for performance" bs.
4 ratings. 1.25% merit increase, 85% rrp.
RRP yes, merit is insulting. Finally for exceeds and I barely breached 1%. Time to dust off the resume
- 5% COLA
80% RRP
3 in a new role.
Pretty meh, but I expected far worse from all the Negative Nancys hanging around these parts.
What was the justification for no bonus? if they pull this sh-t on me I am fu--ing done working hard period. Im over it.
Yes, but my merit is laughably bad
50% $2300 WOOHOOOOO
I did.
I did. I received a 5 and a 130% rrp. My boss left and I basically floated the team for 6 months
It is Always this way and always has been.
