Is there any chance tomorrow will just be a normal day? No layoffs, no announcements, no surprises to send my anxiety through the roof?

It depends what is defined as 'Normal.' If dysfunctional behavior, gut wrenching gas-lighting from your peers and leaders - then rest assured it will be a 'Normal' day.
