Work gets done, just not their way. The games, the nonsense, none of it matters anymore. Energy's too precious to waste on office politics. Now that the finish line is in sight, that’s the only thing keeping things moving for me. No point in pretending otherwise. Morale’s shot, but the paycheck still clears.

Former FR here. Hang in there, you are doing your best even though you are being pushed to your limits. I commend your good work ethics and wanting to see the company succeed, just as I did, and just as most of us on here do. Glad you are close to retirement since this WILL eventually wear on your health and mental well being. My stress level is now gone. I felt like a failure if I didn’t meet my expectations and deadlines…faults, flags, scheds, installs, follow-up coaches, customer service issues, etc and trying to juggle everything already in a packed schedule while maintaining a positive attitude. With expectations becoming unrealistic, reps are going to have to re-evaluate their priorities sacrificing their own success, and eventually the success of their market and eventual the company. I wish everyone venting here the absolute best, and know you are not alone.
I feel like the OP is a FR, and as a PRS, I just wanted to say you are appreciated by the guys and gals at the ROC. I keep in touch with a handful of reps in the same spot in their career as you, and commend the honesty and just know, some of us in the ROC are happy to help you push along anyway we can. Cheers to you, and your upcoming retirement! You deserve it!
