I am completely Bamboozled by the very confusing naming scheme and the complete chaos it has brought upon the numerous manual excel files that the team maintains.

It’s Dell Pro Max Premium. If you’re going to quote the name you might want to get it right.
Not sure what the origins of the names have to do with updating manual spreadsheets. You're going to have to do that even if they change the name to something completely random.
Please explain to us ignorant folk how a naming convention that is similar to other companies may impact the updating of these manual spreadsheets vs completely random names.

People also don't realize that Apple's naming conventions were taken from Nike of the the 80s. Ignorance and lack of common sense seem to be the dominant trait for a lot of the employees now.
