Besides getting rid of the old cablevision regime, they are also getting rid of they partners that were associated with at excell communications. Altice don't care what experiences you have. The new director in piscataway nj used to work at a soup kitchen. Some of the same ppl that ruined Cablevision left and ruined excell like f--king locust. The goal is to come in make their money and f--k up everyone else's life. Good job you succeeded

They fleeced the company...in a criminal way. All the equity has been extracted and its now a wounded animal that's heading to bankruptcy. The current CEO was a middle manager from Comcast that ran a region...he was not a C-Level at Comcast. PD did this because he got the new CEO cheap and he knows he's green and doesn't know what he got himself into. US Cable companies are in trouble and Altice USA is by far in the worst shape of all of them. Plan accordingly...

Responding to @pt+1jm8d06r0. He was doing such terrific job that he was “promoted” to executive chairman of the board and moved back to Europe. Thats when DM was brought in with his wonderful track record and long list of successes. In the C level executive world the bigger Fu@k up you are the more promotions you get and the more money you make. I can’t even remember the name of the clown that was CEO before DM arrived but he was an absolute dum--ss as far has having any skills or knowledge for this industry. I have zero respect for these clowns. None!

What happened to the GO-K RUNNING THE COMPANY

No one running this company has a track record of success. No one.

The people supposedly running this company don’t know how to “do” anything in the CATV/Broadband industry. It really does help to have at least a basic understanding of the industry if you are making decisions in at a Sr Management level and C level position. But unfortunately none of the people in these positions have a clue. They know what they were told in college, they know what they were told in leadership seminars but they do not have real world experience and it shows. When they communicate anything to the company it sounds like they are all reading from the same “How To Be A Corporate Leader” manual and it’s quite pathetic. In the beginning when Altice showed up it was the Wall Street and Ivy League gang who were going to revolutionize the industry and then the industry chewed them up and sp-t them back out and they were sent on their way by PD with their 6 and 7 figure severance. Now we have people who have been in the industry and have achieved nothing you can point to as a success in their careers. They have gone from company to company position to position and somehow ended up here. Ultimately it is PD to blame for this epic failure of the company. He himself doesn’t know how to successfully run a company. He knows how to manipulate and rob Peter to pay Paul but he doesn’t have the necessary skills to truly run a company successfully. Just look at EVERYTHING he has touched over the last decade. Everything he touches turns into a complete failure. Massive debt that is soon coming due but the Wall Street crowd and lenders in Europe are starting to see him for what he is. The problem is they are in so deep with him they really can’t afford to let him fail at this point.

I have yet to encounter anyone in Sr Leadership in NY that has even the slightest clue what they are doing. Absolute clowns every last one of them.
