People are scrambling to get stuff done because we are very understaffed. Maximum productivity is expected from us and deadlines have never been shorter. I'm thinking about whether it's even worth waiting for the package to leave this place, because the stress is unbearable. However, while looking for a new job, I realized that in this regard it is not much better in other companies either. It's as if almost every company is understaffed and overworked nowadays!? I still hope that I will manage to get a better offer.

Stress is a legit reason for claiming disability if your doctor confirms it and Fiserv wouldn’t be able to let you go if you were on disability leave. Just say’n
Try and find out exactly…if you get unlimited R&R hrs..you may get much less if riffed…they are in control.
I was there 20+ years , quit and took a role elsewhere making less but it was worth it. I will NEVER work like they made me again. 60+ hour AE every week was worth less pay.
They can expect in one hand and you know what in the other. See which fills up first.
Hint - it's not the expect hand. Which becomes more obvious with each passing deconversion.
Depending on the number of years you have been with Fiserv, it maybe in your best interest to wait on your package. Do as little as possible until you receive the "touch base" email, then you are golden to receive your package. Unless the package has changed it is 2 weeks per years of service and a maximum of 26 weeks. So, do the math. I was told in February of this year when my last day was, so I took off every other week because had unlimited vacation time off. Worked for me.
Also, if you have any living proof points, cash them in now or I believe you will loose them.
Good luck....
There is hope. Do what is right for you.
