Any specialist in Millwork feel that any chance of getting a bonus or recognition has been taken from us due to Install Partners terrible reputation and work? Does your store management even recognize that fact

Millwork is turning into cabinets 2.0. They're trying to eliminate the specialists in the department by transitioning all the administrative work to the CPO. Most stores will have one associate or transition hardware/closest department to cover it. After the failures of eliminating staffing from cabinets and plumbing corporate is taking it a little slower with millwork.
Overpriced Jabronis who do substandard work. I feel sorry for the customers who go with this outfit for their installations. Thankfully they are few and far between anymore.
