My manager is an absolute id--t. The only reason I’ve is there is because of cronyism and this is a LL3. I should be managing this dimwit. We’re supposed to understand technology yet he wouldn’t even know what a for loop is.

lol at bringing failed Amazon employees from the 2014-2020 era as some sort of sign of tech adoption. Any person in tech in that time knew Amazon was an awful place to work and overpaid to compensate for their lack of innovation. They were the safety school if you couldn’t get into an actual good company. Now they all sit at the cool kids table, ha.
Cronyism is live and well at Ford with many being promoted with weak back grounds in engineering /technical aptitude. Ford is more of a social club in certain groups.
Ford already spent all of the $9 billions loan from the government on electrification. Now it's looking to borrow more money to survive.
