Why? Are you worried someone from UHC is monitoring these feeds? WHO CARES. They will get an earful anyway when the bi-annual survey comes out. They don't care what any of their employees are saying.
Basically, this is it. While there are some alternatives like that sub someone mentioned, all relevant corporate info comes here first. Plus, IMHO, other social media is moderated much more rigorously than this forum. There aren't many rules here - it all comes down to this: don't post off-topic content like politics, don't name non-public figures, don't drop f-bombs, and don't throw personal insults at individuals or groups.
